The Sanctuary Salon and Style Management Company prides itself with creating an atmosphere that calms the mind, inspires the heart and soothes the spirit. In the interest of maintaining this serene presence we ask that you not bring additional guests and children with you unless being serviced. There are those patrons whom have only the time spent at the salon to relax and turn off the mommy or daddy switch. We ask that you be considerate of this. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Cancellation of an Appointment

We want to provide the very best service we know how, at a fair price and in a timely manner. In order to realize these goals we must carefully plan our days so that we  avoid overlapping appointments which will lead to long wait times in the salon. As a business and for those employed at the salon, we must also remain profitable. Therefore, we ask that appointments be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies do arise. However, we cannot absorb the loss for the missed appointment. Therefore if appointments are not canceled within the time alotted a $15 last-minute cancellation surcharge will be imposed and payment will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Forms Of Payment

The Sanctuary no longer accepts checks as a form of payment. We do however, accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. We do not however, accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Food and Drink

While The Sanctuary Salon and Style Management Company does offer complimentary coffee, wine, and champagne as well as periodic treats, we do not currently have the space to facilitate eating. There will be an area in the very near future and we will definitely make you aware of it at that time, but we ask that no food be bought in the salon.
